MiniMinds — Privacy Policy

In short: MiniMinds is meant to be used by parents and teachers to create printable worksheets. It works offline, does not collect personal information from children or adults, and has no ads.

1. Who we are

MiniMinds ("the app") is developed by RoManiacX, an independent developer. Contact: contact@romaniacx.com.

2. Information we collect

None. The app does not ask for a child's name, age, photo or any other personal detail, and has no account or sign-in. Worksheet settings you choose (such as age level, difficulty, language and page size) are stored only on your device to generate worksheets.

The app contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking SDKs.

3. Worksheets and printing

Worksheets and answer keys are generated on your device. When you print or share a PDF, it is handled by your device's print service or the app you choose to share with.

4. Children's privacy

MiniMinds is designed for parents and educators of young children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the app is built so that no such information is entered or transmitted. We follow the Google Play Families Policy and the principles of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

If you believe a child's information has somehow reached us, contact us and we will delete it.

5. Data deletion

Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes all settings stored on the device. PDFs you saved remain until you delete them.

6. Changes to this policy

Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
